Refund Policy

• ● No refunds will be provided once:
  • ○ The software license is issued
  • ○ Development or customization work has started

Cancellation Policy

● Orders canceled before development begins are eligible for a refund after deducting a 25% processing fee.
● Orders canceled after work has commenced are not eligible for any refund.

Project Delays

● If a project is paused due to client-side delays for more than 30 days, it will be marked inactive, and reactivation will incur additional charges.
